No, I didn't get the task mgr. up. Maybe that was my fault because I really
didn't give it a lot of time to come up. Next time I will give it a little
more time. If ctrl-alt-delete works in XP .....this should take care of my
problem. Since it was taking a while, I thought possibly ctrl-alt-delete
didn't work in XP. Thanks for the help. I appreciated it. I learn a lot
from lurking in this newsgroup. Thanks everyone for helping all of us out.

Thanks to Gummo, Will Denny, Rick, Rob and Ramesh for the advise. As a new window XP user, I have learnt alot from this forum. At least I have someone to turn to for help. Thaaaaaaaanks!
