Depends, did this OEM version come pre-installed on the PC
or did you install it when you bought it seperatly (maybe
with a hard drive or something). Some OEM manufactures
lock the OS to the Bios of the PC and changing the
motherboard will change the Bios. Just something to keep
in mind. If you going to do this change anyways, it can't
hurt to just find out.
