Hi CH,

I depends on how the setup/installation was written by
the software vendor. If they did not set the "ALLUSERS"
flag, it will only show up on the acouunt that is doing
the installation. You can manually copy the start menu
folder(s) to AllUsers by browsing for C:\Documents and
Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs. Copy the folder
or shortcut you want all users to have access to from
your start menu, and paste it into there.
