I have a question. I just swapped out video cards from an ATI Radeon 7000 to a 9000 64Mb. Since I did not have the software, I downloaded the file from ATI. Now, heres the problem... While trying to play games (outlaw golf), my computer freezes and I h
ave to cold boot. This happened before w/ my Radeon 7000 32Mb so I thought the 64Mb would help but it doesn't. Other games work ok. I have an Athlon 1GHz w/ 256Mb of SD RAM. Can anyone tell me a possible solution? Is there tweaking I have to do to the
vid card to make the freezing stop? Please help. Thank you!

Did you uninstall the old ATI Driver BEFORE installing the new ATI
Card. It seems the old drivers are interfering with your system.
USe Add/REmove Programs and Remove the 'ATI Display Driver' completely
(also look for ATI files in C:\windows\system32 folder and in the
drivers sub folder).
Then install driver for your 9000.
