Rundll32 problem, cant read memory at 0x749b0347

Hello,
I got a prob with winxp

Here's my system info:

1) XP Pro SP1
2) Athlon 2000+, 256Mb sdram, Radeon 7000 VE
3) In control panel when I go to dispaly->desktop when i tried to switch it
back to my image i got the following message:

" The instruction at "0x749b0347" refrenced memmory at "0x00000000". The
memory could not be "read". "

Error signature:

AppName: rundll32.exe AppVer: 5.1.2600.0 ModName: mshtml.dll
ModVer: 6.0.2800.1106 Offset: 001a03475) no firewall, Pc Cillin Antivirus
