DLL initialization failed

While attempting a system restore if received the
following message: Dll initialization failed. The
application failed to initialize because the windows
station is shutting down". Help!

If the System Restore works you can ignore the message. Next time you
should make sure that no applications run in the background while you
start the Restoration.
If this may be due to the SR tool itself read "Troubleshooting System
