transferring files between users on the same computer

Once the computer is set-up with modem software it
should be available to all,no transfer is needed,oth-
erwaise youre just doubling the installation.You might
try internet options,in new user and set appropratly,
in connections,use auto detect,in opening page,type
in the home page.
