quick launch toolbar

[J Harrigan]

Hey I'm pretty much brand new to XP and like it so far, but have one thing
that's driving me insane. The quick launch toolbar only has room for 3 icons
before it goes to the double arrow. I've looked for help online and in
print, and found reference to how you can drag the left perforated side of a
taskbar toolbar to give it more horizontal width, but I can't find the
perforated left side! The left side is next to the Start button and I don't
see any perforation to drag. Can anyone help? Thanks. Jan

Jan:
Try this...Right-click taskbar. Click Properties. Uncheck "Lock the
Taskbar". You should now be able to resize the Quick Launch toolbar.
