If you mean that you want to change workgroups, simply
right click "my computer" / properties / computer name /
change, then enter the name of the new workgroup in place
of the current one (mshome). click ok - you will need to
reboot for the settings to take effect.

There is really no such thing as a workgroup login. The workgroup name just
helps you find other computers in the same workgroup. You can always just
address the other computers by name if they aren't in the same workgroup.
