Windows XP Dial up networking error code 733

I have searched the net on how to fix this and I get a
lot of different ways for Windows 95 and 2000. Anyone out
there know how to fix this error for XP? The error is:

733 - The PPP control protocol for this network protocol
is not available on the server.

Did you get a solution to the 733 problem? I got a connection only by adding a new protocol IPX at both ends. Still get the error message and no TCP/IP connection just an IPX connection.
