i did not register when i setup my new pc due to a faulty
phone line ,someone told me to go to RUN/type-REGIZ/R
[somethin like that],but it said CAN'T FIND FILE,is there
another way of doing it?? PLEASE help...

Microsoft Registration: Start > Run and type: REGWIZ /R ,=20
and hit enter.

If Windows XP came with your computer as a OEM version, it is locked to your
computer and does not need to be activated.
Microsoft Windows registration is optional and not the required activation.
Some OEM have registration applications that registers the computer and
pre-installed software with the OEM and some, if not all, of the
pre-installed software with the software vendor. I would check with your OEM
support as to what you should do.
