DHCP SErver error

Network diagnostic tell me that there DHCP error.

I am able to ping to a remote server but not able to set
a VPN access.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

What diagnostics are you talking about? The repair feature or the actual
diagnostics troubleshooter in help and support?

If the latter, it is trying to ping the DHCP server but it is failing for
some reason. One the DHCP Server is offline or two it is firewalled.
