how can I get a refund on this windows XP I would rather
go back to using Windows 95 than keep this memory hog on
my system. I can not stand the way this thing installs
things I do not want and a lot of other problems with it
that is just not wanted Microsoft really blew it with this
one. I just do not want this any longer. I have had it
for a week now and I am going to format my hard drive and
install 2000 then I would like to get my money back on
this operating system but finding out how to get a refund
is really a trick here isn't it.

As it is not fit for the purpose it was sold for you return it to the =
retailer, then report them to consumer affaires when they refuse.

If you buy something that is defective, the law requires a
refund, But if you just don't like something, you are asking
a lot to want your money back...

Sounds like your hardware is not current enough and you
failed to properly check your hardware and software before
jumping in.

BTW, I bought a hamburger and wasn't hungry anymore after
I'd eaten half of it, should I get my money back. Sure
tasted good.
