Why jview.exe try to connect internet?

Hello,

Recently, the personal firewall installed on my PC
(Windows XP, IE6) flagged several times on the internet
connection attempts by the "wjview". I am wondering if
this is ok to let it communicate or not. Thanks.

JVIEW is part of Java, so I would think that it is ok that this
executable may connect to the Internet.
