I have Win XP Pro already installed on my machine. It came pre installed and
I don't have the disk. I have a full copy (not an upgrade) that I want to
put on instead. Can I install over the current copy?

Yes you can. It gives you an option to erase the existing OS on your
machine after you insert your full copy XP cd.
