View Full Version : Works for him, but not her ?

On my sisters PC (XP Home) they (her, and her husband) both have their own
logins.

However, some apps/games installed on his login refuse to work when she logs
in, and vice versa.

If they try to install apps/games to her login to make them work, she
sometimes gets the message that the app/game is already installed, which it
is, but only his login, which is why it won't work on hers!

Any ideas how to get round this?

more likely than not, it has something to do with permissions. he might be
the administrator and she has limited access. why not try and give her
adminitrator rights too?

regards,
dennis
