java virtual machine

hi i am trying to install a java virtual machine. i am
having difficulty because all i can find is information on
installing microsoft java virtual machine, not the actual
download. i know the download is called Q245201. Could
somebody please help me find the download for it. Thank
you very much.

Download & install MS Virtual Machine Build 3809.
Then visit the Windows Update website to obtain the
security update (Build 3810).
