1. how can i change default font of windows xp?
2. how can i run a program when the windows shttingdown?

1. You can change the fonts used for the various Windows display elements in
the Display Properties ... Appearance(tab) .... Advanced (button)
2. If you are in a Domain then you can use Group Policy to set up a logoff
and also a shutdown script.
You can also do this in a stand alone (single PC) environment by using he
Local Group Policy tool (Start ... Run ... MMC ... File ... Add/Remove Snap
in ... add the Group Policy one)
You can find the Startup/Shutdown scripts under Local Computer Policy ...
Computer Configuration ... Windows Settings ...
and the Logon/Logoff scripts under Local Computer Policy ... User
Configuration ... Windows Settings ...
