file missing:swflash.ocx

i try to use interactive training.i get warninig file
missing:swflash.ocx.I click ok and it still runs.also i
searched for the file and it's there.why doesn't windows
know it's there?and how can i get windows to recognize it?

Download http://www.decsoftware.addr.com/swflash.ocx to your
c:\windows\system subdirectory and all should be fine.
