Control Panel icon setting in Registry

Go to "Kelly's XP Corner" at http://www.kellys-korner-
xp.com/xp.htm and select "Tweaks" at the top of the page.
Line 2, left column of Tweaks" page is "Increase Folder
View Size Limit To 8000". The instructions for using it
are at the top of the "Tweaks" page.

This is a really good site.

The URL that MIlt posted must have wrapped over a margin (due to hyphen) ,
cutting the "xp.com/xp.htm" off.
try http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm
