WAN Network Driver not sending/receiving

My WAN Network driver is not sending/receiving "packets". It is enabled and the driver came installed with the computer (I think), but it had been working normally since a few days ago; I don't know what happened with it. I'm suing a cable modem and anothe
r ethernet card. That one is working normally. Any suggestions?

Sorry, what is a "wan network driver"?
Can you describe your network please. How many pcs? Does your pc have 1 or 2
network interface cards, are they both in use? Are you using internet
connection sharing? Is there a hub/router/switch ?
