Good question... I came here to ask the exact same thing.
I'd really like them to send me the XP Home CD.

As an old Win98 guy, I feel uncomfortable not having an
install CD. Hope someone answers us!

A simple "Registration" keyword search in "Help and Support" will provide
the answer.
Start>Help and Support>Search (type the word "Registration")
