Using MS Newsgreader

I cannot setup Outlook Newsreader for the
"microsoft.public.windowsxp.network_web" newsgroups. How can I set this up
instead of using the Web based?

Set up a news account in Outlook Express and just subscribe to it.

If you setup a news account in OE point it to the msnews.microsoft.com server. You can then
subscribe to any of the MS news groups.
