Using MS Word, how do I alpabetize a list of names? TIA.

Note: Your in the wrong Newsgroup for this question, but I'll answer it
anyway,

Highlight the names you want to alphabetize. From the pull-down menu in
word, select Table, then Sort

In the dialog box,

Sort by should be set to Paragraph
Type should be set to Text
And the Ascending bullet should be on

Select OK......done
