Outlook

Outlook is constantly blocking attachments in e-mail that
I receive despite the fact that I know that they do not
contain any viruses.

What do I do?

You can also check the following: In outlook go to Tools>options>Security>
UNCHECK the block that says "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened
that could potentially be a virus" Click Apply then OK .

Teresa,

Your instructions will work for Outlook Express, but not Outlook. That's why
my reply contained the clarification for "Outlook" which is what the OP
stated she is using.
