Browser window size

When I open a saved shortcut on my desktop it opens in a
minimized window but when I open the shortcut to explorer
it opens in the normal expanded size. How can I make the
other shortcuts open im maximizes window size?

This should work: right-click on the shortcut > Properties. Select
"Maximized" in the "Run:" field.
