My computer has slowed to a crawl......!

The TCPSVCS.EXE has taken control of 90 - 99 percent of
the processor.
help..why? Whaty can I do?

I have turned off the home network, all printers and any
other perifials I can find.

ARRRGGG...!!!

I am having the same problem wit am IBM T40 ... IBM of no help.
Anyone else ever had this problem? Suggestions welcome.
