Home Networking Problem

HI,

I have 2 Boxes connected to "Wireless-G Broadband Router"(Model
Linksys). One of them is running Win2K Advanced server and the other
is running XP Professional.

I am able to share the Internet between the two. I can also connect
to Advanced server from XP box using "MSTSC" but can't connect from
Win2K box to XP box.

I want to enable file sharing between the two. Any idea on how do i
proceed with the same.
