I don't really think that any other post solves this problem, if you know of one please direct me there.
Alright, I'm running windows xp pro, when i run Network Setup Wizard (NSW) i cannot see my other computer, share files, or even ping it. If i try to repair it, it comes up with an "error" stating that everything worked except renewing my ip address. Upon
manually entering an ip, i can share everything but my internet connection, which is exactly what i'm trying to do.... -_- When trying to obtain an ip address automatically, the same problem persists. I tried to do an "upgrade" from my windows cd to see
if that would fix the problem..... it didn't.
The problem is on my client computer (I tested the host using a friends computer worked fine)
An e-mail response is preferable since i am absent minded (stupid) and will forget to come back for a responce
