In windows XP Home, I can't save my passwords in Outlook Express......I
have 3 accounts, in the settings of those accounts the password boxes are
greyed out but if I put a check in the "remember password box" then and only
then can I type in a password but....after exiting Outlook Express and when
I restart the program the passwords are gone and I have to go back through
those steps again to put in the passwords to my accounts.......as long as I
keep Outlook Express running I'm ok but as soon as I shut it down I'm back
to no passwords again.
The password boxes should not be greyed out , that is what is
confusing...putting a check in the remember box ungreys the field box for
the password ... I know about the problem with passwords in Outlook 2002 (MS
knowledge base article 281791) but in outlook express the accounts are not
checked simultaneously, they are checked one at a time.
well dudes do you think u can help me....please ;-)
