File transfer

When trying to save files to CD-RW, the following message
was received:
"You do not have permission to save in this directory.
See the admistrator to obtain permission".

I cannot locate the 'administrator',
Please "HELP".

P.S.
The CD-RW is populated but not full.

Have you used the drive in this way previously? If so, then what
changes/additions/modifications/deletions were recently made to the
computer? (hardware and software).

Open "My Computer". right-click on the icon for the CDRW drive, and
select Properties.

Go to the Recording tab and make sure the "Enable CD Recording on this
drive" box is checked.
