Hello. Usually the owner of the computer is the
administrator, or the primary user is. the administrator
is the only one who can authorize most changes, and most
of these activities. I am not sure how you have your
settings for that feature?. I have a password, and when I
1st log on, I have to log on as the administrator. Not
sure how yours is configured?
