ODBC Data Source Administrator

I bought desktop computer PCV-RS220 (6/15/2003), OS
Windows XP Home Edition. I desperately need to install
ODBC Data Source Administrator. I tried to find
Microsoft ODBC Driver Pack on www.microsoft.com.
Unfortunately, I could not find it.
Would you please can you help me?
