when i click on something with my mouse or sometimes when
the web page is loading or whatever, my computer makes a
clicking sound...mainly when i click on something with my
mouse...how can i turn that sound off

Right-click your browser icon, properties, advanced tab, scroll down to Multimedia,
un-tick "Play sounds in web pages."

open control panel
open sounds and audio devices applet
click on the sounds tab
under the program events, look for what you would like to be turned of or
changed
under sounds, choose the appropriate sound equivalent you want or choose
"(none)", etc

i feel dumb by asking this but what do you mean by
browser icon?
