Have the latest version of OE (version 6.00.2800.1123)
after the XP upgrade from 98SE and the latest service
pack for XP. OE was working fine with 98SE prior to the
upgrade. OE opens but when I try to open a message by
double-clicking it, I receive the following error
message: "Address Book failed to load. Outlook Express
is incorrectly configured. Please reinstall." Then,
after clicking okay to that message, a second error
message opens: "There was an error opening this
message. An error has occurred."

Have looked wide and far to find a solution for this
issue and have been unsuccessful, other than a reinstall
of OE. And where would I be able to get just OE to
reinstall if it comes down to that?

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks for any help you can
provide.
