Windows is grouping simialr programs on the task bar

I just got windows XP, and I do not like how my open
programs are organized on the task bar. Windows is
grouping similar programs under one item with a little
arrow that you need to click to see all open programs.

HOW DO I TURN THIS OFF ?

Right-click Start, Properties, Taskbar, clear grouping
