Connected a laptop running Windows XP Home Edition to a router connected to a dsl modem. Laptop also has a dialup account. Having problems staying connected to the internet. Window will pop up asking how it should connect to the internet or will say it
is working off line. Other computers connected to router and modem are working fine and they also have a dial up connection. I've checked all the network settings and contacted the ISP and router manufacturer to insure system was set up correctly. Still
having problem. Is this an XP issue?
