My question concerns what I regard as the most annoying aspect of Windows,
but I've never seen it discussed.
If I'm working in a particular program and I open another program, how do I
keep the other program window from popping up until I am ready to use it?
Example: I'm working in Photoshop, and I open Outlook to check email. I
don't want to look in Outlook until my email has been downloaded. How do I
keep the window from popping up automatically when I'm doing other work?
