How do I fix the XP Professional when I get this message:
Cannot load the Remote Access Manager service?

Why did that happen from a the Home to Professional
Upgrade?

There is no such service in a standard Windows XP installation.
You may want to go to the Control Panel > Administrative Tools >
Services and double-click the service. Under "Dependencies" check what
other services have to run for that you can use this service. Make
sure that these services are not disabled.
