monitor to tv

i am trying to taake whats on my computer screen and put
it on my tv.i know i can do it but i dont know what kind
of cord i need or what slot in the back of my comp. it

Usually but not always:

S-Video cable from PC to TV.... and then....

Turn TV on.... Reboot PC..... right click on the desktop and select
Properties. On the Settings tab, click on Advanced, then the Monitor tab...
switch output from Monitor to TV. Audio will still emanate from the PC's
speakers, S-Video is Video ONLY.

But check your PC manual (or graphics card manual) for the exact details for
your own PC.
