VIRUS

My norton program is telling me I have a virus under the
name of W32.Sobig.A@mm, object name C:\windows\winmgm32.exe
and it cannot remove this file in windows.

I went into dos and tried to delete this file but windows
tells me I cannot or am not authorized to do so.
Help so I can close my antivirus message that will not
shut down and get rid of the virus

What can I do??????
