my husband recently brought a second computer worked fine
up until today we cant log on it keeps saying inactive
account called our internet service they it wasnt their
problem to call yall what should we do?

If you cannot access the internet, then you have a problem
with your internet service provider. If that's not the problem,
please supply some specific details or error messages.

Logon using the Administrator's account. If XP pro a password is =
needed, if XP home Edition no password. At the welcome screen press =
Ctrl-Del-Alt twice to access the Admin account. If you can't get as far =
as the Welcome screen, how far does XP boot to?
