I cannot get quality and amplification on the sound with
Windows XP that I has with Windows 98 on my old computer.
How can I improve the quality and make my sound louder with
Windows XP?

I assume you are referring to the media player volume. If you have an
internet keyboard, you can adjust the volume from there. Check you keyboard
manual. You can adjust overall system volume by clicking on the little
speaker icon in the "system tray" at the bottom righthand corner. If it's
not there, go into the control panel, click on "Sound, Speech, and Audio
Devices". Click "Adjust System Volume". Adjust the volume as needed. While
you're here put a check mark in the "Place volume icon in the taskbar" box.
Hope this helps.
