Cannot locate "clip board"

Trying to moved a revised e-mail to a "clip board" and I
do not have that option. Also do not have "tools" on
the menu board

What do you mean by clipboard?

Are you talking about copying the email to your clipboard so that you can
paste it somewhere else?
