In Win9x there was an option to set an icon in the systray to select the
monitor power options, (always on, home/office desk, portable/laptop, etc.),
by checking a box in the display properties. I can't find this option in
WinXP, is it available and if so where can I find it?
Thanks for any help. philmarq

Hi,

It should be on the advanced tab of Power Options in the Control Panel.
