error messages

I keep getting this message box over and over and
over: "Microsoft Word has encountered a problem and needs
to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.....Please
tell Microsoft about this problem. We have created an
error report that you can send to help up improve
Microsoft Word....." OK, I've sent this message over and
over, yet the problem keeps occurring. What to do? Margo

Hi,

Please note down the module name in the error report. ("see what data this
report contains"). Post the module name in the forum.
