havin lots of problems HELP

i have been trying to get this computer to download
movies from kazaa lite. well it downloads them fine but i
do not get any picture or sound to them. i have tried to
open with real player,kazaa player,can figure out this
dvdx player it does not work with it. dont know what to
do now. also i have a website i am trying to get back on
to after i bought this new computer with xp on it now i
can not see the listing pictures at all. they tell me i
have to disable a firewall that is the problem but i am
afraid i will mess up the computer by disabling the wrong
item. can someone help me with this soon
