C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG.NT The system file is not
suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows
applications.

When I try and open almost anything, i.e. outlook, AVG
6.0 setupfile. Can someone PLEASE HELP ME?

config.nt is a configuration file that loads with the operating system. Why
are you trying to run applications from it? Why not use the startup folder
in your start menu?
