Administrator vs. Limited account internet connections

Unfortunately, u need Win XP Pro to do this, if u do then
i still don't know how to, but at least if u have home, u
know that u need pro

When I upgraded to windows xp, I was not able to connect
to the internet anymore, I was using windows 2000
beforehand. Now, I tried reinstalling windows xp again so
now I have two operating systems on my computer when I
only want one. HELP???
