Perhaps, 'Jean's Documents' is directly below 'Shared
Documents' for easy Drop-n-Drag?

My Documents is also in the 'Jean' folder simply to gain
quicker access - as you'd already be there for your other
business anyway?

And My Documents would be the first folder, also for easy
access, rather than having to click open the C: drive,
scroll down and open several folders, just to get into
the 'Jean' folder, directly below All Users, if that were
the Only 'My Documents' location.

Thanks, to that second Responder of my initial Post, I
now believe I understand the reason for all the short-
cuts of 'My Documents' folders.

Lastly, I'm guessing as Administrator, you'd also want a
short-cut to 'Shared Documents'(?)when reviewing files in
the 'All Users' folder? I'm guessing that would all make
sense if I was the Administrator and sharing this
computer with others. However, since I am not, this part
still seems a bit vague; but I'm still very glad now that
I finally seem to understand the bulk of this major
change verse WIN98 :)
